   Minus currency exchange or other related fees. Customer may rebook thier tour for a later     date ( when space available ).
 
** NOTE ** We are located on Phi Phi Don Island! We offer flexible transfer service by Ferry or Shared Speedboat from both Phuket and Krabi at reasonable rates with direct pickup service from your hotel.

Land and Sea Transfer Booking Policy

Accepted Answer

•  When cancel due to weather by Ferry Company.
    Choice of Refund or Rebooking the Trip
 
•  When customer cancel ferry booking. 
   Ticket amount - 600 THB with 72 hrs + notice prior to depart time.
    No refund with less than 72 hrs notice only rebooking is possible.
 
•  Rebooking?
    With 24 hrs notice Fee of 300 THB to change ticket + any difference of ticket fare.
 
•  When customer cancel private minibus transfer.
    No refund of 200 THB deposit, customer may rebook their transfer to later date.
 
•  Our tours depart from Phi Phi Don Island** All customers who would like to join from              Phuket or Krabi must transfer to our tour departure location: Tonsai Pier.

•  Customers who complete a booking and do not wish to transfer to Phi Phi Don Island in        order to meet at the check-in location. Refunds must notify our customer service 72              hours prior to their tour departure time. Please note 500 THB cancellation fee applies for        tours cancelled by customer with 72 hours notice. 
 
•  Customers who do not provide 72 hours notice of booking cancellation may reschedule        their booking for a later date.

When booking with TravelPirateTours.com you agree that you and all members of your group have purchased viable travel insurance to cover all parts of your trip.
